Implement the fullheal AMLA (fullheal with +25% max XP).
...
Now all max-level units have an {AMLA_DEFAULT}, which contains both
{AMLA_TOUGH 3} and {AMLA_FULLHEAL}. Necrophage gets the "feeding"
ability.
