...as [message] requires location data, which are currently lost in
the process. While uncommon, it may cause some event messages to not
be displayed.

d9c29930c6 Revert ([part] caption= in storyscreens)... 
...and replace with the mainline CAPTION macro. Converted existing
mainline WML.

eecac8d70f Deleted more artifacts from the default tg install. 
Added comments to </div> end tags so that they're easier to
match. Added a new <div id="global"> tag around everything in the body
to pick up more formatting from the CSS.
