Put Mr. Malal on a peninsula, give Konrad the option of fleeing from
the battle, give him bonus if he decides to stand and fight (A
contrasting perk to that of Isle of the Damned)

0773acb5d3 Make Blackwater Port look more like a port.
Widen the map, make Sir Kaylan's forces be more defensive after dark,
add a couple of turn. The WML / map changes should mute each other out

c2c22ae275 Fix separators in multiplayer factions.

f9b291f695 added improved version of silene's macros...
...to hide column separators from campaign writers, use them in all
campaigns, and switch from , to = as separator to match C++ code

8e10cc5f04 Fix a typo, and use the same spelling for all the user-visible occurences...
...of the unit name. Having two different spellings on the same line
of the description is a bit frightening.

8d97394fa7 implemented ref= to specify explicit reference rect...
...in relative positionning of theme elements (still one problem with
finding an id in grand-children of [resolution] blocks); converted
most of the 1024x768 theme to use them
