0f844b0e92 Update files should be no changes. 
When touching the files svn claims they are modified, but cmp shows no
difference. Reverting them also doesn't work so commit the `updated' version.
Looks like related to this issue [1], hopefully this commit solves it.

0d5dbb498e removed a pofix rule that breaks with the new encyclopedia... 
(reference to drakes since it "fixes"

<ref>dst='..race_drake' text='drakes'</ref> to
<ref>dst='..race_drake' text='drakes’</ref>

which basically breaks the description text of the link

03dd1fa87e Cleanup and hardening patch for wiki_grabber.py. 
Using more standard Python code and protects against non-existing input
or output directories. (Patch 2255.)

55b30f6081 Let use wikigrabber use parameters. 
This removes the old hard-coded paths, the defaults are the same as the
hardcoded paths to remain backwards compatible.

The patch was provided by Natan Yellin as a GCI contribution.
