edc5f856b2 Movin gohere-ellipse to attic;...
...it's not used by mainline or UMC, doesn't overlay or underlay well
with other images, and would basically only be useful for producing
variants of the gohere graphic. This change meands all item/ graphics
have actual uses in mainline.

01a8954706 RANDOM_FEATURE_PLACEMENT_ON works,
...but my attempt to write RANDOM_FEATURE_PLACEMENT with the map
dimensions as implicit arguments completely failed.  Maybe one of the
real WML wizards can do better.

eb065b5e63 add support for a resolution of 800x480...
...(only possible to use if --enable-small-gui is set at configure
time), it is not active by default because several places are
currently rather broken (mp creation/lobby, load dialog and
preferences show many glitches), there is currently no support in the
editor for such a low resolution

fix support of 800x600 be decreasing the minimap size when at a
resolution below 1000x620 improve tinygui display

25bb143e33 Change some units from using # comments to [comment].
The only difference this makes is that wmlscope will no longer see the
frames as unused.  Each one is tagged with a FIXME comment as well.

0ee463c8cf Enrich macro type checking some more and simplify the type inference rules.

3d5bab6cbc Somebody didn't wire in the new Guardsman images properly,
...and wmlscope objected.  Someomne who understands the intention

13d01a4e51 wmllint now has the capability to automatically check...
...that every description= in [message] and [filter] blocks refers to
a unit that is present in the scenario. This commit fixes almost all
bugs found with this test, and adds magic comments to handle places
where the WML doesn't supply a recognizable unit creation or recall
(usually because of macros).
