5309f1ff46 Synchonizing my WIP version of water's edge with the trunk.
There are still a lot of provisional, ugly and half-finished things in

0f25e2a412 Balancing changes to 'Troll Hole':
...made the map slightly more favourable to the player, gave all
enemies an extra starting village, 20 less starting gold and a limit
of 1 Troll and 1 Troll Rocklobber on easy and 2 of both on the harder
difficulties.

reason: he explicitly asked me not to apply the pofix change, this is
only possible if it is not there since pofix is always run before
committing translation files
