reason: he explicitly asked me not to apply the pofix change, this is
only possible if it is not there since pofix is always run before
committing translation files

7ee4d6a6dd Commented out old fonts,
...since their ranges are overwritten by the shipped ones. In other
words, they will never be used if the new ones are in scope. This also
gets rid of a warning message.

eef3c27070 use the full version of wqy-zenhei...
...(http://sourceforge.net/projects/wqy/) as font for all asian translations

removed sazanami-gothic.ttf and wqy-zenhei-gb2312.ttf since they are
now obsolete

cb4a15038c Consistently use "defense" rather than British spelling "defence"...
...in mainline and in .po strings. 

The mgsid strings look like this:

"Few units have good defenses in water; a line of attackers along the edge of "
"units usually have a low defense."

Ivanovic, you'll have to fix this spelling by hand as po files come back in.

fce50aa29f Fix bug #12511...
...(NEWBIE difficulty level in NR is displayed incorrectly in load 
dialog).

At some point, someone working on the C++ code introduced an effective
requirement that difficulty levels be in a set enumerated in english.cfg.
The NR WML didn't track this change.

Also, I'm deleting the now-unused NR music directory.

c680909cb7 copying the "normal" (modified) version over to the hardwired one...
...someone should check which one is actually used ingame and why
there are two (already mentioned it here in the hacking room at
fosdem)

bb1118204d Improve and clean tips of the days:
- Add a "Previous" button, and rename the "more" as "Next"

- Add fake attributions

- Fix the size. I think it look nicer and avoid moving the head of the text

- use a [tip] text=...source=... [/tip] structure, easy to add other keys

- shuffle only when starting the game, and keep the same order for the session

- show the next tip after each refresh

There are a few exceptions that need further work or careful
