a268fb6eec add a default animation to the unit as the last fallback...
...so that switching standing animations on or off does not anymore
require a restart of wesnoth, Boucman you may want to review this ;-)

10947e68d6 hopefully correct some locale settings
adding the (hopefully) correct ones for all locales currently
supported by wesnoth the list is taken from /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED
and using the default glibc locales

1106e2a7fb Linger mode overlay is also drawn over fog and shroud (bug #10811).
Patch is based on the comment of alink in the bug report.
