5137b24ed9 The Morning After: All tent villages can now yield elves.
Added a few more elves to outlying villages. Cleaned up all remaining
event issues (stables encounter).

Across the Harsh Sands: cleaned up comments, removed Dust Devil's
dance (as it's not working yet).

Added myself as campaign maintainer in the credits (ahem).

Fixed an issue with the death events (allied deaths triggered on mud
crawler demise).

eff230b46c Removed the leader ellipse from Deoran (Gerrick already done),
until we decide whether we want to use leader/hero ellipses in every
campaign or not. Also did some image_leading= -> [leading_anim]
conversions.

7c01888ec4 added random_traits=no since those *might* cause problems in mp
the statues in general should not need it, but it should not cause
problems to have it

I did not change the benchmarks and Wesbow (the benchmarks because
they are not run via network, wesbowl because I don't understand how
[unit] is used in there...)

a463d48801 only assign loyal trait by hand,
the rest is now automatically generated (yes, it really does work) all
other units (Bjarn and Brena) do get all traits by hand since they
make sense...

3007caface some big fat manual update
adding some images from the ingame help and copying over text from the
ingame help (the part about traits and such) directly update the
respective translation files, since this happens anyway when I build
the manual file...

6199ef796a Balance tweaks for "Into The Depths".
Give the player more time, and open some chokepoints in the map;
otherwise, a stream of low-level monsters like zombies can hold up the
player indefinitely even with one bad guy dying every turn.

Also, shorten the time limits on "Return To Kerlath".

b3707841bb Add a CLEAR_FOG macro...
...for temporarily (for the duration of an event) clearing fog from
specific locations. Requires a helper unit, so also added a separate
dir for these kind of fake units in the units directory.

a1ab7f7c2c Optimize unit moves in shroud/fog:
Remove a redundant shroud/fog clearing, which can be very expensive if
you have a lot of units (here ~15 units = ~500 ms)

b3606b9ab6 Added a HIGHLIGHT_UNIT macro for flashing units
...in the same way HIGHLIGHT_IMAGE does. Not to generally be used in mainline.
