I have needed to move some lines up the creation of the events_manager
to do this, I think it doesn't break anything else, closes bug #9719

e8c833db4b Added a call to display::highlight method in cycle_units to fix bug 8798.
I think it doesn't break anything, but as a side effect, when you use 'n' now
you can attack directly an enemy without having to select again the unit, which
IMHO is better and closes a bug somebody opened in Debian
