c9a63e9f0f The message dialog no longer uses a magic value. 
Before the width offset of the map was hardcoded, now it uses the actual
map size so the magic value is no longer needed.

0f278988a4 Reduce the fontconfig dependency to 2.4.1. 
On the forum there has been a report[1] that 2.4.1 also works so lower the
dependency.

Disabled recalling units for the player.

Set the player's base income to 0, but this doesn't work.

Disabled the early finishing bonus.

Wired into macros/sound-utils.cfg . Mainline campaign maintainers are
encouraged to listen to this track and use it as they see fit.

bc3b67fd48 Late feature: make it possible to spawn units with random genders in... 
...debug mode (Create Unit dialog).

This does not introduce any new strings and cannot be used unless in
debug mode, therefore it is not big deal to implement it now IMHO. Feel
free to revert it if you really believe such a tiny and usually
invisible chaneg is bad...
