98da233b34 align the buttons on top the game lobby...
...so that the left button is not tied to the frame border anymore and
the quit button always stays inside of the window

3737a9a0a1 When the cursor is on off-map tiles, in the status bar:
don't show (X,Y) coordinates and "None" terrain type.

So it looks exactly like the real off-map parts (outside of the map rectangle)

9815516cfc In help, remove the systematic red coloring of defense% for impassable terrain
Inconsistant with the coloring of other values (red is low)

Also note that a tower (all terrain impassable) with high defense must have 
these numbers in green.

9e2675f492 more standard colors for the movement cost in unit help
1 is white(normal) instead of green. 2+ yellow and impassable is red

The previous system used yellow when only one step was possible.  Nice
idea, but not obvious to see why some units have 2 in yellow and
others not

f9cee783f8 better try to set (and reset) the wait cursor locally...
...where the real delay arises and not set it in a place where the
code branches to a lot of destinations (fixes bug #9839)

f4c8f24048 in units list, for locations, remove this very odd color choice:
keep=red, castle=yellow and village=green. 

And instead use the defense% at the unit's position with the standard
color scale (same as movement hint)

Now also use yellow for partially moved unit (like orbs do)

a6bfb71f41 use the standard XP and HP colors (same as sidebar) in the unit list
...and by reusing more code, we also have now AMLA colors.

add a new function "color to markup" and use it for this

1b126da2b0 In the unit list, replace the green used for writing the name of the leader...
by some sort of golden color (like the crown). Also don't color its unit type.

de8fb5fb3e Remove the flush of the image cache when reloading game
(cost a lot of files reloading when just reloading a savegame)

But we still need some smarter flush for this cache.

579145f405 restore the old functionality,
...you can scroll to the leader from the status table again; add a
'Back' button to switch from the scenario settings back to the status
table; the button alignment is still not solved, but this has to wait
until after 1.3.7
