When the cursor is on off-map tiles, in the status bar:
...
don't show (X,Y) coordinates and "None" terrain type.
So it looks exactly like the real off-map parts (outside of the map rectangle)

In help, remove the systematic red coloring of defense% for impassable terrain
...
Inconsistant with the coloring of other values (red is low)
Also note that a tower (all terrain impassable) with high defense must have
these numbers in green.

more standard colors for the movement cost in unit help

1 is white(normal) instead of green. 2+ yellow and impassable is red
The previous system used yellow when only one step was possible. Nice
idea, but not obvious to see why some units have 2 in yellow and
others not

in units list, for locations, remove this very odd color choice:
...
keep=red, castle=yellow and village=green.
And instead use the defense% at the unit's position with the standard
color scale (same as movement hint)

Remove the flush of the image cache when reloading game

(cost a lot of files reloading when just reloading a savegame)
But we still need some smarter flush for this cache.

'Back' button to switch from the scenario settings back to the status
table; the button alignment is still not solved, but this has to wait
until after 1.3.7
