6a5d494153 Fix bug #11152: villages without name. 
There was a discrepancy about the map width: not every parts of the
game agreed on which villages were or not on the map.

27b06321de Field missing in tstring assignment. 
It fixes the objectives not being changed in the tutorial (and most

f875fa8102 Handle manpages "manually" in doc/man/Makefile.am 
I can't think of a way to only install the ./configured manpages when doing
make install but have every page in the make dist using the standard *_MANS
variables, so I've did it manually, it seems to works correctly

8d4123f70d creation of the po/*/Makefile.in.in links... 
...has to be done before config.status generates Makefile.in's from
them, so it seems we cannot put it inside an AC_CONFIG_COMMAND
