Fix a bug spotted by Mordante:
...
undo a recruit/recall cause glitches if the unit is on a hex with
height offset. (one can argue that we must invalidate all the
adjacent hexes, but this method is simpler and more efficient)

Fix bug #9565 : Color-Error in status-table for empty name
...
(display a colorless "<r,g,b>").
This remove limitation of the <r,g,b> tag, now you can combine it with
empty string or other special format characters. (previously some
sequence didn't work). (e.g. color+bold didn't give bold text, but
bold+color did)

unit descriptions are no longer evaluated for the recruitment checksum
...
...and thus avoiding an OOS error when different languages are used.
The change is incompatible with older trunk versions fixes (bug #9472 ).
Updated the players_changelog wasn't updated with the 1.3.6 release.

Several changes to the checksum function.
...
* Changed the name and calling method for the checksum function.
* Made it no longer a member function since it doesn't need to know
the internals of unit.
* Add an extra flag so recruit can use this method in a few commits.
