0f25e2a412 Balancing changes to 'Troll Hole':
...made the map slightly more favourable to the player, gave all
enemies an extra starting village, 20 less starting gold and a limit
of 1 Troll and 1 Troll Rocklobber on easy and 2 of both on the harder
difficulties.

reason: he explicitly asked me not to apply the pofix change, this is
only possible if it is not there since pofix is always run before
committing translation files

not able to reproduce the original glitch that caused 2010-03-28T21:09:37Z!jeremy.rosen@enst-bretagne.fr,

6c1dd34c10 made dirtier cobbles for normal castles,
...reserving the clean stones ones for the keep.  Thus the keeps stand
out a little better, and castles blend in the terrain a little better.
