[wmlunits] Updated wmlunits to use the new --preprocess parser.
...
Now all add-ons which can be played with wesnoth can be parsed by
wmlunits (only those).

I goofed with the dry hills.

Now they are properly aliased to regular hills so units can walk on
them. Also map tweaks to aOI.

fixing a glitch that caused dry grass to display as leaf-litter instead.

Also changing the default base of most villages that was 'Gg' to 'Gs'

to all derive from a common macro. Usage should be more
straightforward, all parameters and usage are similar. No expected
