ebf3ead493 trackplacer conversion. 
Shift the last leg of the journey so that Test of the Clan takes place
in the Horse Plains (mattching the battle map) rather than the
Estmarks.

462c0cb5be Tracking map for Eastern Invasion up to scenario 6.
