ac08480cb8 changed language.cpp API to use language_def
hardcode a (for now minimal) list of known language defs for the selection list
really change the language from the selection list

685cee43c6 Added the ability to show information about units, ...
...abilities and weapon specials. Disabled by default until we decide
how/when/how much of this should be shown to the user.

It works, but it is pretty useless now, without documentation. But
