3bc3efdb71 Move more archaic GUI graphics to the attic. 
These are actually staged for removal since they are not useful at all
nowadays. ;)

I could not locate the expected "top<direction>-corner.png" form files.

2f700cd925 Added a horizontal scrollbar widget. 
Also added 'new' art, since the current toolkit has no art for it. The art is
of the copy-paste-rotate kind. (The scrollbar is not used yet.)

cb652e672a editor2: more pronounced selection display 
Draw a bold grid around selected hexes instead of just highlighting
them. Should be very noticeable both with and without the standard
grid active.

d6d65f485f Improved the proof-of-concept of the new dialogs. 
- added left and right side image support and added them to the test
  scenario.

- allow images the 200 x 200 image to be 250 x 250.

- added a mutulated shyde.

- mirrored the arch mage.

c307ee8dbd Added a visual indication of missing images, but only in debug-mode: 
Show a white hex with red question mark (ugly placeholder but that's the point)

Tell me if it's more annoying than useful.
