96b5bf43ef Move shroud/fog ops to wesnoth.sides and change the API somewhat
- place_shroud and remove_shroud no longer accept a shroud data string or the special string "all"
- new functions are added to convert between lists of locations and shroud data strings
- place_fog, remove_fog, is_fogged, and is_shrouded aren't changed, only moved

9d3bf196b0 Update everything to use the new wesnoth.map module
- get_terrain and set_terrain replaced with direct indexing operations
- get_map_size mostly replaced with either the iterator or an on_board call.
  Only a few cases really needed to know the size of the map for some other purpose.
- shroud and fog operations, village owner, time areas, and location filters
- get_terrain_info replaced with terrain_types table
- Map generation functions create_map and create_filter

aaa2dc4ece Rollback possibility of wesnoth.get_units matching recall list units
Now it's renamed to wesnoth.units.find_on_map.

wesnoth.units.find implements the case of finding units on either the map or a recall list.

977f05d77f Lua: Replace uses of deprecated (moved) unit functions
Also backtracked the removal of wesnoth.get_recall_units, which is now available as wesnoth.units.find_on_recall - it's just more convenient than passing x=recall to wesnoth.units.find

c1a70068d5 Lua API: implicitly clear animator after playing it (#3536)
This prevents the animator from holding a strong reference to the target unit, which was keeping the unit object alive and thus preventing the unit halo, if any, from disappearing.

ee3e842cbc [animate_unit]: clear the animation after playing it
This avoids a reference to the unit from being leaked, which prevented the
unit's halo (if any) from disappearing when the unit died.

Fixes #3509. Closes #3520.

7835e05d93 Fix [animate_unit][facing] not working.
This also tweaks the animator:add() API, replacing the facing key
with a target key and requiring it to be an adjacent location.
