de8127921d More useless scrollbar fixes. 
Shadow_Master discovered more problems, seems I tested with

 --new-widgets before which changed the behaviour. Now made the

 --new-widgets behaviour the normal behaviour.

8a36972b28 Don't reserve space for scrollbars in a message. 
Shadow_master discovered the problem that message dialogs always reserve
space for a scrollbar, also when the bar isn't used.

98fa58e8b8 Only record waypoints when using them for a move. 
This continues to save them for multi-turns moves, but restore the
"volatile" way as for the mousehover path.  This also restores the
possibility to try waypoints for enemy paths.

9edc6072fd NR scenario 5a uses an old "torn apart" death animation frame... 
...for Soullesses which now use a magic-based death animation, so
replace that with a neutral team-colored version of the current
Deathblade death animation, frame 7.
