55710fa144 Updated terrain-graphics.cfg file.
Now it uses modules in a sub-directory, to reduce the bloat in the main file.

Updated castle graphics, improved them not tiling well since they
became 72x72. There is still work to be done.  Added forest-to-castle
transitions.

bd2866fb61 Replacing the terrain transition code by something entirely in WML.
Made forests and hills always overlay terrain on their northern (top)
side.  [building_rule] tag is now called [terrain_graphics] A few
changes in the terrain graphics WML element

6cc26aa22c A square is now drawn around the currently selected function...
...for the left mouse button.

Fixed a problem where the selected terrain and brush size was not
remembered through operations that affected the whole map, such as
flip and resize.

0a85b60fe1 Added Turin's new brush-pictures.
Changed the menu names to file and edit.

Changed the color to magenta when the same terrain is selected as both
foreground and background.

0ee65d38b3 Added a trigger to the test map. When activated, the Orc leader can recruit.
For instance, it permits testing fight animations elsewhere than on the
keep (hard to look at), and with other units.

23d62b4e06 Restructured the Editor UI:
Two terrains may now be selected in the palette, one is used for
filling when moving selections and cutting/pasting and will be used
when drawing with the right button.

The context menu is removed, instead the function of the left button
is chosen in the right panel and operations that do not need a
location to work is chosen from an additional menu.

8715959b4b Increased the horizontal padding of button widgets ...
...when having a label that is wider than the minimum width. Before
this, it seemed as the text did not really fit into the button.

82afc7e583 All (I think :) ) dialog text in the editor is now handled ...
...through the translation interface. Translation of the editor should
