7c1ce84ba4 The big difficulty update for HttT.
Should mirror the system in TRoW, Easy should be somewhat easier
overall (Despite foes having more gold in some cases), Normal should
be the same (possibly a bit Easier for the first few levels because of
attack depth), HARD should still be good and Hard, but less
impossible.

3ff056e924 These changes tend to be mostly aesthetic...
...such as the adding (& use) of prestart events, and the addition /
removal of a tile here or there (Save for Northern Winter where I made
it use winter tiles).
