2d19b0c6ed Make bug #13190 (Zoom level constantly resets)... 
...less annoying by preserving during the whole session the last zoom
used, which can be reactivated after the zoom reset by using the
toggle of the default zoom hotkey (note that the last-zoom feature
always used caching, allowing fast switch)

It was caused by 2008-12-23T05:11:04Z!ai0867@gmail.com and probably fixes the first remaining
issue of that ("[end_turn] currently breaks replays"), since it
removes double recording of [end_turn] if the time limit is hit.
