e9c10d50e4 Add translation support for manual and manpages (update-po4a) 
Keep the list of languages only in po/LINGUAS (the old files remain
for now for compatibility)

10947e68d6 hopefully correct some locale settings 
adding the (hopefully) correct ones for all locales currently
supported by wesnoth the list is taken from /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED
and using the default glibc locales
