again use the [command][turn][speak]-format for server messages once
the game has started because clients can't easily handle a different
format in replays

Other changes were reverted by suokko later, but he lets this one and
so the merge reverted it. Not sure why it's like that. Some double

Improve the (map-)screenshot hotkeys feature
...
- add a result dialog displaying url and filesize. Estimate only, but
very accurate (bmp). This also somehow warn the user about heavy
map-screenshot.
- use only 3 digit suffix and limit to 1000 screenshots (few MB each !)
