Added [ai] tag to single unit WML, renamed [ai_vars] to [vars],
...
renamed 'faifile' keyword to 'fai' <- these changes break current unit
formulas and faifiles! Added new keyword: end. Fixed bug that caused
some unit variables to be saved to file incorrectly. Removed obsolete
formula test case.

Add another way to try to fit the widgets.
...
This way a widget will be tried with wrapping and horizontal
scrollbars in one run. If that fails a second run will try to shrink
them. The code calling this way will be added later.

Add a new init routine.
...
This is the start of a new and better layout algorithm.
These changes are rather late in the 1.6 cycle and will only be used if
the previous routines find no solution. This way the changes can cause
no regressions. In 1.7 these routines will become the default layout
algorithm.

Use `.ll.html' and Apache's type map
...
`.ll.html' is now used instead of `.html.ll' (where ll is the language
code), since the latter causes problems with some extensions (.pl, .tr).
Additionally, the Makefile has been updated to generate a new "type map"
file, which makes it possible to keep locale names for .po files and still
use language negotiation. The list of language codes and names has been
updated accordingly, and a few missing languages have been added.
