7fa20f7c84 Terrain type revamp step #1:
Use some proper terrain type names:

- "grassland" becomes "flat"

- "tundra" (which was displayed as "snow") becomes "frozen" (not sure
  it's the optimal name here - can be changed if we find a bettter
  name)

- "canyon" (which was displayed as "chasm") becomes "unwalkable"

- "cavewall" becomes "impassable"

- The renamings of the wml key used in the stats will probably stay.

- The 4 added "virtual" terrains will be axed by the next step, once
  we get proper terrain type support.

- The labels might be changed (Noy had some ideas about it, it will be
  easier when we have terrain types)

25bb143e33 Change some units from using # comments to [comment].
The only difference this makes is that wmlscope will no longer see the
frames as unused.  Each one is tagged with a FIXME comment as well.

568a808ddb Use [comment] to ignore the Dwarven Fighter idle admins,
...so the reference checks work.  Do a bit better job of explaining
why it was commented out.

3d5bab6cbc Somebody didn't wire in the new Guardsman images properly,
...and wmlscope objected.  Someomne who understands the intention
behind the new images should review to make sure I did the right thing
here.

8a2db11ceb Implement the IMAGE argument type for macros.
This involved changing a bunch of formal args in the terrain graphics
macros from IMAGE to IMAGESTEM or IMAGELINE to avoid false positives.

052b3a88b7 default anmiations are now based on standing animations...
...instead of standing frames. Also removed anims in bats and ghost
caused by that bug (fix bug 10898)

1df3a924c4 Use the mainline Vampire Bat instead of the special Cave Bat unit in DiD;
they're functionally the same.

Also, clean up a minor problem caused by the recent change in bat images.
