a8bd3845ef change the campaignserver default port to 15005... 
...to separate the 1.4.x compatible stuff from all older stuff

this is the campaignserver to be used for 1.4.x, too

b45809a33e Make fullscreen default to false. 
Om my LCD fullscreen results in an invalid mode and gives a black
screen and I need to use ctrl-F to see something again.
