Remove the flush of the image cache when reloading game

'Back' button to switch from the scenario settings back to the status
table; the button alignment is still not solved, but this has to wait

* in help, the links to unencountered units now works but have a small "(?)"
and point to an "Unknown Unit" page explaining why
* the sidebar HP tooltip now show resistances of the current unit
* the default zoom key now toggles between default and last used zoom. The
switch is also faster (cached)

The problem with the CHG_TYPE macro is actually a bug...
...
...from the problematic advance-on-unstore feature; I worked around it
(for now) by setting advance=false
Note: the comments in bug #9725 *should* have been filed in a separate
bug report, since that bug was different and furthermore it was
already fixed.
