73cdf183a6 Massive putting away of terrain images into subfolders.
Note this probably breaks things.  The next commit should smooth

...to harmonize with other dry terrain better. Also removed misleading

6b8a8be620 WIP in bridge macros. Random variations arn't supported,
...and the stonebridge still points to test images, but this should be
enough to get lurker in a working state...

701a52df52 A more tolerable spawn rate for the drakes:
...lvl2 and lvl3 drakes will now take 2 and 3 turns to spawn, there
are no lvl3 spawns on easy and no spawns will occur if there's already
a drake standing on the spawnpoint. Also rewrote the spawn system to
be less bloated.

95395e50a8 Made 'Alone at Last' somewhat easier...
...by making the paladin side appear on turn later and slightly
farther away and giving Darken Volk less gold on the easier
difficulties. Also, Dela can now be killed (except on the first turn)
but will now attempt to set up camp on a location clear of enemies.

d91bbd62b7 created new icons to differentiate mainline, but non-core terrain...
...groups and UMC terrain groups.  UMC authors have 3 styles to choose
between to keep things from getting too confusing.  Also created some
group buttons for future use.

Several times the most expedient way to collaborate with boucman has
been to commit odd things to terrain for testing purposes.  Now i'm
adding a couple fake test terrains for that purpose, so i don't have
to mess up real terrains.  Also the current terrain interactions are
so complex, that it's much easier to figure stuff out with these dummy
terrains.  That's how i did the latest grass. These can be removed
before the next stable release.
