d224fc1121 New terrain: "Rocky Cave" and "Mushroom Forest".
First is aliased to hills and cave, second to cave and will be a new
base terrain type.  Uses [ and ] for terrain letters.

Minor edits of cave floor.

* added Elder Wose, Saurian Icecaster and Soothsayer as leaders in default era but not as random_leader
* added many level 2 units and the Ancient Wose as leaders in AoH but not as random_leader
* added Stalwart as a leader for the Dwarves in the classic era

fe5979e1eb [[WML enhancements]]
- Added time of day & terrain filter to abilities :

  - implemented filter for every ability

  - made [hides], [illuminates] and [steadfast] use their filter

  todo : make the other abilities use their filter

- We now support multiple abilities of the same class.
  if they use additional parameters, we will only use the maximum value

- [ambush] & [nightstalk] are now replaced by [hides]

- updated the abilities macros so ambush & nightstalk will still work

- updated changelog

43522dbc41 New tcolor for the Longbowman,
...plus a new ranged animation, and removal of severely inadequate
defend animations (they weren't any better at all than using the
static unit image, so I didn't bother converting them.

The .cfg no longer references them, but they're still there.)
