Uniform tagging of Ogg Vorbis music files in accordence with their guidelines.

so I added them to the Ogg Vorbis tags in the files.

I went ahead and updated the tags for gameplay0x.ogg...

...to include author, album, year, and genre. If for some reason this
change is not desired it can be reverted.

Added new music track afterlife.ogg,
...
...converted by Elvish Pillager from the original MIDI track by
jony_haworth@hotmail.co.uk , patch #3738 . Please review for musical
quality and whether the midi->ogg conversion is reasonable. I would
also like to ensure we have copyright clearance and a composer credit
in About before deciding whether to keep it for release. Please
delete if not up to scratch.
