27f43ec122 [[Multiplayer fixes]]
- fixed bug where if the host changed their name, it would show that
  name to users connecting to the game

- fixed bug in lobby where top-left of screen would not be drawn properly

- made private messaging work

fe9d34d6db made it so when player quits multiplayer game, ...
...game creator chooses to replace them with ai/local player or abort.

fixed problem when player joins game and then leaves

0b09efaefa added 'delayed map sharing' for allies.
fixed bug where capturing a village wouldn't end one's turn.

2d9f035095 made it so healers can heal allies.
made it so that if a leader dies, all villages for that side become neutral
