214d17bda1 Removed the windmill village terrain,
replaced it with a purely decorative grassland windmill terrain, and
made 2p Hamlets use that instead of the old hack.

5cef8db5f2 updated the recent map revisions with the border changes
updated the dark forecast scenario to reference Banebow instead of Soul Shooter

also updated the dark forcast maps, if that's for some reason not
wanted please revert

7c01888ec4 added random_traits=no since those *might* cause problems in mp
the statues in general should not need it, but it should not cause
problems to have it

I did not change the benchmarks and Wesbow (the benchmarks because
they are not run via network, wesbowl because I don't understand how
[unit] is used in there...)

e83075fe26 This closes bug #9532.
* When use 'map settings' is selected, map settings can no longer be
  changed, if not defined in the map the general default is chosen.

* When cancelling the MP create the changed preferences are no longer
  saved.

* When the MP create is accepted with 'use map settings' the map setting
  parameters are no longer stored as the new preference.

* There need to be some more cleanups in the GUI and already started to 
  discuss those with Uso and Soliton but they will follow later.

6405507b24 Fix up a large number of espeaker=narrator blocks without images.
Along the way, change signpost popups to use the signpost graphic.

Also, fix some implicit attack/icon references to be explicit.
