As before field 1 is the old string, field 2 is the nws string, and
field 3 is the domain. Actual translations should be unaffected except
possibly by "god" -> "Bright Gods", which I believe is required by
our content policy on religion.
AI0867 and soliton discovered that the new dialogs sometimes failed with
an exception. The pango markup requires some characters to be escaped so
added the code to do that.
