d151d6d216 The server now stores the next scenario send but the host,
thus the clients no longer restart in the previous scenario.

e520faad5a Turned the default AMLA into a combined +3 max HP, +20% max XP and fullheal,
and upped the standard AMLA XP limit from 100 to 150. Wired to core
units.

860b6b2513 merging over files from 1.2 as requested by package maintainer
this was only possible because those files were not changed
since branching off, if there were any changes since 1.2 was
branched off from trunk, all changes to trunk afterwards are now lost

ab6ac6d60f Older savegames don't have random seed stored,
...make sure we can still load them.  The problem was discovered by
Zoltic.

a23b02fade units spawned with unit in events can now have random traits...
...and also the names are the same (bug #10501).

NOTE there's a dummy gamestatus_editor.cpp for gamestatus.cpp which can
be used for the editor, this file is added to avoid the editor need to
pull in a lot more dependencies.
