editor2: move map loading code to map_context and editor_map.
...
Make random map generation undoable. Clean up some ctor and refresh
code in editor_controller. Add a --load support for -e option to allow
starting the editor with a map file loaded. Improve error handling
when a map file is empty or does not exist.
