81999215fa Address bug #14535, minor glitches in Delfador's Memoirs...
...(Mage Magister & Garard), by powering up the Mage Magister's staff
attack - for storyline reasons it should be better than a Great
Mage's.

This isn't as unbalancing as it looks; Delf relies on his fireballs
rather than staff, and the way the campaign is designed he's 
normally going to be pretty screwed if he goes into melee even
with this buff.

6015818a54 Add fallback scrollbars if a window doesn't fit.
This shows the scrollbars when a window doesn't fit, the code is only
lightly tested but initial tests seem to work. More testing is needed
especially on the MP lobby.

It still shows some scrollbars too often, which will be fixed later.

Fixes bug #13180.

e663226f19 Fix the new-widgets addon list dialog.
This was probably broken by the commit that sets the id of the window
definition to the instance, didn't test it but quite sure.

fe0fd594e1 Move several code blocks from start events to prestart events in THoT...
...to avoid the effect of items and units popping up one by one when
the gamemap is already visible. Setting objectives is now done in
prestart events too. This commit may also remove some redundant code.

Eloh's death event never trigger as she is killed in her last breath
event with fire_event=no . This commit moves the code from the death
event to the last breath one to fix the scenario becoming unwinnable
after killing Tanstafaal and Eloh.

0e8ac9bcbc horizontal resizing also tries the child first.
This looks better if a window has a fallback scrollbar, it now tries
this scrollbar only if everything else fails.

23577efd83 Fix a SUF which tries to match a translatable unit attribute (name=)...
...against a non-translatable string. It was supposed to match id=
against the string instead. This should fix some dialogue not
triggering for languages which translate or rewrite proper names.

21a6a737c2 Replace some instances of the awkward {INCOME 0 0 0}...
...(which doesn't work as intended) and {INCOME -2 -2 -2} (which works
but looks awful) syntax by using the NO_INCOME macro instead.
