The code has been there for months if not years, and it has never been
used. Add it only the day it is actually useful, as it currently

Let use wikigrabber use parameters.

This removes the old hard-coded paths, the defaults are the same as the
hardcoded paths to remain backwards compatible.
The patch was provided by Natan Yellin as a GCI contribution.
