refactored the friends and ignore list and its handling:
...
* friends and ignores are now in separate lists
* nicks are now stored as values not keys (fixes bug #10688 : a minus
sign in the friendslist causes wesnoth 'hang')
should work as before.. needs more testing

modify the "maxsaves slider" to handle the number of autosaves instead

due to Dave's additon of removing autosaves the function of this slider
was gone anyway
someone please review my changes to make sure that i do not break
something...

Random factions can now be defined on a subset of the available non
random factions.
Works with two new keys :
- choices (empty by default) :
If non empty it is the list of the factions that can be choosen
randomly from this random faction.
If empty all non random faction are allowed to be choosen randomly
from this random faction.
- except (empty by default) :
List of the factions that cannot be choosen randomly from this random faction.
