Adding campaign "Delfador's Memoirs" to mainline,

...from the Wesnoth-UMC-Dev repository, using 2004-10-22T20:08:40Z!ayin@anathas.org from trunk.
This campaign is maintained by fabi/fendrin and esr. Some changes from
the preimport revision at wesnoth-umc-dev:
* All @add-on paths have been converted to mainline campaign paths
* The external_binary_data directory has been removed and its contents
are now at this campaign's main images dir. Those are referenced
directly by WML for the campaign menu.

Fixed bug with AI leaders not always sharing keep...

...when thay had the opportunity.
Fixed bug in evaluation of possible allied moves when considering full moves.
Added 'passive_leader_shares_keep' ai parameter to make a passive
leader which still shares keep with allies, and returns to keep for a
while each turn.

Changed AI keep lookup behavior when returning leader to keep.

Made it use, in order of decreasing preference: nearest (by
pathfinding) empty keep reachable within 1 turn, nearest (by
pathfinding) occupied keep reachable within 1 turn, old nearest_keep()
implementation. This fixes bug #13352 . note: backport of this to 1.6
depends on 2009-04-03T13:23:00Z!alinkmaze@gmail.com being backported.

Address bug #13343 : Sceptre of Fire: Krawg speaks "human".
...
The actual problem was that the moveto event gave a speech generic to any
unit, but could be triggered by Krawg. Solution: a conditional on unit ID
in the event and special dialog for Krawg.
