bfd273a18e Minor revs to the Scorpion.
Changed the Movement type to scuttlefoot because the mudcrawles use it
as well, de-localized the descripion, reduced the cost since benj
doesn't 'recruit' them. Will confirm with benj

e02605b090 Added "recruit" event.
My policy has always been to never commit C++ code myself, but since this one
is straightforward and Sirp said bad words like "looks fine", I'm going ahead.
But please be aware that Wesnoth is doomed. =)
