Wired in the new volcano tiles.
...
Currently they're only used when a hex of volcano has three mountain
hexes underneath it; should be improved later with the addition of a
single-hex tile and a proper editor image.

moved up the baseline of the wall terrains,

...which previously stuck too far south. Eventually i'll make it
stick up north less too, but that will probable be part of a bigger
overhaul.
