e8c833db4b Added a call to display::highlight method in cycle_units to fix bug 8798.
I think it doesn't break anything, but as a side effect, when you use 'n' now
you can attack directly an enemy without having to select again the unit, which
IMHO is better and closes a bug somebody opened in Debian

49b441a581 prohibited observers from setting labels.
Limited maximum length of observer messages. Made it so variables can
be used to set the number of turns in a game
