1f32795931 regenerate (many) screenshots used in the ingame help...
...to match the updated graphics

regenerate the screenshots used in the manual (using new filenames so
that no outdated files can be used for translations) removed now
outdated translated images from the manual updated manual to fit to
the new images (everyone: please check for spelling/grammar mistakes)
regenerated doc files (as well as po files)

TODO:

* a description for schedule-underground-illum is missing in the
  ingame help in the TOD table, as well as in the manual, please add
  this

* [12:42:14] <mordante> Ivanovic maybe also have a look at the
  description of healthy, IMO it's not clear whether or not you get
  rest heal when you moved someone please have a look at this since I
  don't know the exact rules applying here

ea77a312c3 Reworked how the prisoner knights work:
...now they're placed on the map in cages with guards next to them,
and the player must kill the guard to release the prisoner.

change no longer right. The name _initial.cfg sounds better as
