0e3e10b0b8 implemented the holy damage type redesign as discussed on the mailing list
some minor stat bug fixes

I did not modify any campaign units but I'm sure there are several
where a change would make sense now

e8c5503a5d reverted 2007-02-18T16:07:56Z!koraq@xs4all.nl it causes the AI to ignore villages too often,
the bug still needs to be fixed, will look after 1.3.1 has been released.

efff6c5c77 the visibility icon of an unit is now properly updated (bug #8107)
Note this causes extra call to the slow invisible state retrieval 
of a unit, I want to look at caching the state later.

f8b0d3f7ca if a unit gains enough XP to gain 2 levels this will be done directly
NOTE there is a protection against insane XP amount which might cause
a unit to enter an level loop.

558418b655 Cache unit visibility in the pathfinder.
The performance problem is not completely solved: unit::invisible
(which spends CPU in unit::matches_filter) is also called when drawing.

If it is cached there instead, this commit can be reverted.

* increased the pierce resistance of the Gladiator line from -10% to 0%
* removed the Shock Trooper line from random_leader
* increased the moves of the Troll Rocklobber from 4 to 5
* decreased the HP of the Troll Rocklobber from 53 to 49

46915a7411 added the an alpha blended preview of the selected terrains upon drawing
the optimal alpha value needs some tuning so there's a setting, which
is not stored in the preferences. This will need some more tuning
later.

e936ff3dbe Added the framework for the editor groups and added some test cases,
if some of the terrain artists want to define the groups please do so.

And please replace the abomination which should be buttons.

The name in editor_group also should be marked for translation once
the groups are properly determined.

cd0441b9d0 Now it is possible to remove attacks with WML:
The new remove_attacks key in [effect] will remove all the matching
attacks.

Note: since 0-attacks units aren't supported, it won't remove the last
remaining attack.
