18ab8696d7 removed 'fearless' from Goblins since it doesn't really fit
removed 'fearless' from Drakes and Saurians since it doesn't help them much

tweaked the defense values of impassable terrains a bit

15845ee4f9 Added fourth color to team_rgb that is used to represent the color range,
e.g. in the minimap.  If the fourth color is absent, it should use the
mid color instead

994f69c1ab add "sample_rate" option and set default value to 44100 (CD quality)
if some platforms need specific rate (like GP2X) feel free to add some #ifdef
