e28d930e4b New images for Dragonguard - not as good as I'd like them to be,
...but good enough to hold the breach until better, directional ones
take their place.  Credit to shadow for most of the work.

c3a75bd53b User interface polishing:

e6c3627c20 Fixed many bugs in captured, and used nested [event] tags.
it makes more much less hacky WML than setting variables does.

248aec981b A first try at the new WML preprocessor.
A bit slower (due to the huge amount of inlined comments). It allows
for recursive macro argument preprocessing (bug #10995), nested
conditional directives, full error location tracking, smart textdomain
tracking. Moreover it is stream-friendly: no huge memory buffer.

e0c6daf64c Added --domain (and --initialdomain) to wmlxgettext,
...to select the single textdomain to extract from the files.  It is
not really complete (not knowing about the WML scope of #textdomain,
and assuming textual scope), but sufficient for now.  Changed default
string-extraction rules to use --domain.  Added #textdomain in
"library" wml files from standard campaigns, in places where it would
be missing should those files be #included from different campaigns,
but mostly so their strings get extracted.
