wire in the new timer sound and get rid of some of the sound glitches.
...
note: there is still one glitch, the timer sound will not start
playing while in a dialog (but now it will continue playing if a
dialog is opened).

Some preprocessor symbols for campaigns to enable/disable some advancements
...
This should not make any change when they are not defined (ie in multiplayer)
- DISABLE_GRAND_MARSHAL (used by TRoW): Disable General -> Grand Marshal
- ENABLE_ARMAGEDDON_DRAKE (used by none): Enable Inferno Drake ->
Armageddon Drake
- ENABLE_ANCIENT_LICH (used by none): Enable Lich -> Ancient Lich
- ENABLE_DEATH_KNIGHT (used by none): Enable Revenant -> Death_Knight
(not sure we should have this one)

Use the blank-attack image instead of no image at all (in attack dialog).
...
I suppose it looks better. It's a simple fix for the problem of using
an invalid file. This also fix the error message in the standard
ouput spotted in bug #9570

moved the terrain names to wesnoth-lib so that they are shown in the editor.
...
sorry that the names will appear in both textdomains, but since they
do appear in the ingame help, too, there is no clean way to prevent it
since the editor is only allowed to read data from wesnoth-lib and
wesnoth-editor
